  • 6 bi-weekly 1:1 sessions (via Google Meet) over 3 months

  • A fully customized wellness plan tailored to your lifestyle, challenges, and health goals

  • Ongoing access to personalized tools such as habit trackers, mindfulness practices, body scan meditations, meal ideas, and more

  • Emotional support and check-ins between sessions

  • A client portal with space for journaling, notes, and progress tracking

Whether it’s managing stress, building a new habit, or improving your sleep or nutrition, this offer gives you clarity and a strategy you can act on immediately.

  • 2 focused coaching sessions (60 minutes each)

  • A personalized action plan based on your goal

  • Emotional support and check-ins between sessions
