About Me
Hi, I’m Mariana.
I help middle-aged women create intentional, nourishing habits that support their energy, connection, and overall balance. With an integrative approach, I guide women through practices that support the body, mind, and nervous system, helping them feel grounded, cared for, and aligned with their unique rhythm.
I’ve been in the health field for over 17 years. I graduated in Physiotherapy and built a strong foundation in how the body moves, heals, and holds our experiences. I went on to specialize in Postural Reeducation and Pilates, and earned a postgraduate degree in Health and Sports Sciences. With time, my curiosity expanded beyond the physical body. I became a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through IIN in New York and later specialized in Hormone Health, deepening my understanding of how our lifestyle, biology, and emotional landscape are closely intertwined.
I believe that true health is not just physical. Body, mind, and spirit are deeply connected. Everything that nourishes us, or doesn’t, shapes our internal state. That includes the food we eat, of course, but also our relationships, how we care for our bodies, the quality of our energy, our environment, spiritual connection, sense of purpose, and how we move through daily life. This understanding shapes the way I work.
What lights me up is working on the small daily habits that make a big impact, the kind that gently shift the nervous system, restore energy, and build sustainable routines that feel good and doable. I love integrating nutrition, behavior, self-care, movement, and hormonal awareness in a way that supports each woman’s real life and real body.
Outside of my work, I love spending time with my family, moving my body, and having fun. I’m someone who thrives on meaningful conversations, creativity, and intentional living. I love the ocean (and miss it!), art, sports, writing, reading, dancing and singing out loud. As you can see, I’m a dynamic person who finds joy in many forms of expression. I do my best to live in alignment with what I teach, while staying curious, flexible, and kind to myself along the way.
